Save Neutral Files tab (My Office Preferences)
Use this tab to set the preferences for the PDF format in which these Microsoft Office files must be saved in PLM.

- PowerPoint
You can also set the preferences to generate and display neutral files when the files are saved in PLM.
| Preferences | Description |
|---|---|
| Generate Neutral Files | If this check box is selected, neutral files are generated during save. |
| Show Neutral Files during Save | If this check box is selected, neutral files are displayed during save. |
