The stage at which the document is, in the production life cycle. This is used to track the document through the various phases (from design to production).

The revision number of the derived document.
Category
This field allows you to manage document category related details such as, Category ID, Category Name and details of the Category attributes for the selected child document.

The classification category name or subcategory for the child document.
Originating App
The application using which the child document is created.
Business Process
The code of the business process for which the child document is created.
Application Format Type

The format type of the application.

Cage Code
A unique Commercial and Government Entity Code or CAGE Code assigned to suppliers associated with various government or defense agencies.
Customer Doc No
The ID of the customer document.
Customer Doc Revision
The revision number of the customer document.
No. of ECNs
The total number of ECNs.
Life Cycle

The name used to track the child document through its various stages; from design the production.

Locked By
The name of the user who has locked the child document.
Obsolete
Indicates that the child document is no longer in use.
