Folder 360 (pdpdm3500m400)

Use this session to view and maintain the folder associated with a project. With this session PLM provides hyperlink access to all the major functions which is used in folder.

How to use the Folder 360 (pdpdm3500m400) session

Select folder from the folder list. The PLM item details, such as the PLM Project and life cycle displays in the boxes at top of the session.

To view the folder details, select a folder from the list.

The check marks indicate which data is available for the selected folder. If you click a link, a session starts which you can use to view, maintain, or create the folder data.

Is Latest: Indicates if the PLM item is latest.
Child Folders: Starts the session. Child Folders (pdpdm3103m000) session. Use this session to view the child folders.
Items: Starts the session. Items (pdpdm3101m000) session. Use this session to review the details of the item linked to the specific folder.
Documents: Starts the session. Documents (pdpdm3102m000) session. Use this session to review the details of the document linked to the specific folder.
PLM Projects: Starts the session. PLM Projects (pdpdm3104m000) session. Use this session to review the details of the PLM project linked to the specific folder.
Where Used: Starts the session. Where Used (pdpdm3503m100) session. Use this session to review the details related to the usage of the folder.
Reference Folders: Starts the session. Reference Folders (pdpdm3105m000) session. Use this session to view and maintain the reference folder linked with the folder.
Revisions: Starts the session. Revisions (pdpdm3500m100) session. Use this session to view the folder revision data.
Revision History: Starts the session. Revision History (pdpdm3506m000) session. Use this session to view the revision history of the folder.
