PLM Item 360 (pdpdm1500m400)

Use this session to view the PLM items that can be associated with a project. With this session PLM provides hyperlink access to all the major functions which is used in PLM item.

How to use the PLM Item 360 (pdpdm1500m400) session

Select PLM item from the PLM item list. The PLM item details, such as the PLM Project, life cycle, Item Group displays in the boxes at top of the session.

The check marks indicate which data is available for the selected item. If you click a link, a session starts which you can use to view, maintain, or create the item data.

You can click the following links on the appropriate menu:

  • Customizable: Use this session to view and maintain the service orders.
  • Lot Control: Indicates if the PLM item is lot controlled.
  • Serialized: Indicates if the PLM item is serialized.
  • Is Latest: Indicates if the PLM item is latest.
  • Revisions: Starts the session. Revisions (pdpdm1500m100) session. Use this session to view the item revision data.
  • Revision History: Starts the session. Revision History (pdpdm1517m000) session. Use this session to view the revision history of the item.
  • Engineering BOM: Starts the session. BOM (pdpdm1101m000) session. Use this session to view and maintain the Bill of Material (BOM) for an item.
  • Routings: Starts the session. Routings (pdpdm1111m000) session. Use this session to view and maintain the sequence of operations required to manufacture an item.
  • Where Used: Starts the session. Where Used (pdpdm1501m100) session. Use this session to review the details related to the usage of the item.
  • BOM Redlining: Starts the session. BOM Redlining (pdpdm1590m000) session. Use this session to maintain the list of BOM redlining.
  • Documents: Starts the session. Documents (pdpdm1104m000) session. Use this session to review the details of the document linked to the PLM item.
  • Drawings: Starts the session. Drawings (pdpdm1105m000) session. Use this session to view and maintain the details of the drawing associated with the item.
  • Sent to Production History: Starts the session. Sent to Production History (pdpdm1523m000) session. Use this session to view the production history data of the item.
  • IDM Transfer History: Starts the session. Items Trans History (pdpdm1523m100) session. Use this session to view the transaction history of the items.
  • Folders: Starts the session. Folders (pdpdm3101m100) session. Use this session to view the folder details which is associated with the PLM item.
  • Business Processes: Starts the session. Business Processes (pdwfl1517m100) session. Use this session to view the details of the business processes which is associated with the PLM item.
  • PLM Projects: Starts the session. PLM Projects (pdpdm1110m000) session. Use this session to review the details of the PLM project linked to the PLM item.
  • Category: Starts the session. Category (pdadm5501m000) session. Use this session to view and maintain attributes for a category.
  • Subcontractors: Starts the session. Subcontractors (pdpdm1112m000) session. Use this session to view and maintain the subcontractors linked to the item.
  • Customers: Starts the session. Customers (pdpdm1103m000) session. Use this session to view and maintain the customers linked to the item.
  • Suppliers: Starts the session. Suppliers (pdpdm1120m000) session. Use this session to view and maintain the Suppliers linked to the item.
