Implementation and setup in Infor ERP LN
This topic describes the implementation and setup process for free trade zone and inventory reporting in Thailand.
To comply with the customs regulations, you must complete the following setup in Infor ERP LN:

Specify the parameters
- In the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session. you must select the Functionality for Thailand check box.
- In the Thailand Parameters (lptha0100m000) session:
- select the Receipt consumptions tracking implemented check box. Note:
- This tracking is possible only for traded items that is, the same item that is received is shipped.
- This tracking is not possible if the item undergoes manufacturing activity and its form, fit or function changes.
- specify the Receipt Consumption Priority. Note:
- This field is enabled only if the Receipt consumptions tracking implemented check box is selected.
- The consumption update of a particular import entry bill is based on FIFO or LIFO option and is not related to actual issues (unless the item is Lot or Serial controlled).
- select the Receipt consumptions tracking implemented check box.

Maintain issue transactions
In the Issue Inventory Transactions (lptha2510m200) session, click Link Export Reference to link the selected issue transaction to the import reference record. note This option is enabled only if the quantity is not linked to any import reference receipts.

View import transactions :
In the Import Reference Receipts (lptha2512m000) session, you view and verify all the inventory transactions with an import reference number.

Maintain receipt transactions
In the Import Reference Receipts (lptha2612m000) session, click Link Export Reference to link the selected receipt transaction to the import reference record. note This option is enabled only when the balance received quantity is greater than zero.

Maintain inventory consumptions
In the Import Reference Consumptions (lptha2114m000) session, click Unlink Reference to delete the selected consumption record.

Generate inventory reports
- Use the Print Import Entry Report (lptha2412m000) session to generate a report of the data related to import entry of an item or goods and the consumption. The report provides details of import reference number, receipt date, receipt details such as purchase order number, receipt number, receipt quantity and amount. This report also provides the shipment details such as shipment number, shipped quantity and amount.
- Use the Print Export Entry Report (lptha2414m000) session to generate a report of the data related to export entry of an item/goods. This report prints the details such as export reference number, date, customer details, quantity shipped, amount and import reference number for the received item/goods.
