IDM preferences (pdadm0103m000)

use.session.to view and maintain the preferences for IDM documents.

Field Information

Effective Date: The date and time as of when the preferences are valid. The preferences are valid up to the effective date of the most recent setting.
Description: The description of the parameter set.
Upload Path: The path to the location where the PLM documents are uploaded in IDM.
Include Drawing/Model: If this check box is selected, drawing/models associated with the PLM document are also uploaded.
Transfer to IDM Based on Conditions: If this check box is selected, the IDM documents are transferred based on the conditions.
Consider Released Only Files: If this check box is selected, the item with Released status are only considered.
IDM Document Type: The type of IDM document for which the PLM document is uploaded.
File Types to be Transferred: The file types (extensions) that are considered when uploading the PLM documents to IDM.
