Using the Workload graph in the Warehouse Manager Dashboard (whinh2300m000) session

The Workload graph in the Warehouse Manager Dashboard (whinh2300m000) session presents the volume, weight, or standard cost of the goods involved in the inbound or outbound transactions that match the selection criteria specified in the Filter Warehousing Orders group box. Depending on the graph settings, the planned, historical, or actual transactions are displayed.

To use the Workload graph

  1. Specify criteria to select warehousing orders in the Filter Warehousing Orders group box. If no selection criteria are set in the filter group box, the graph presentation is based on transactions relating to all warehousing orders present for the current company.
  2. In the Graph field, select the appropriate value to display the total quantities or amounts of the goods involved in the transactions.
  3. In the Number of Periods field, select the number of periods to be included in the graph. The maximum number of periods allowed is 12, irrespective of the selected type of period in the Period field.
  4. In the Period field, select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
  5. In the Time Line field, select Historic or Future. Historic refers to transactions completed in the past up to the current date. Future refers to planned transactions from the past up to the farthest future period.
  6. In the Transaction Type field, select Inbound or Outbound.
  7. In the Weight Unit field, select the weight unit in which to express the total weight of the goods involved in the transactions. If some of the transactions are expressed in weight units other than the selected weight units, these units are converted to the selected weight unit.
  8. In the Volume Unit field, select the volume unit in which to express the total volume of the goods involved in the transactions. If some of the transactions are expressed in volume units other than the selected volume units, these units are converted to the selected volume unit.
  9. In the Currency field, select the currency in which to express the total amount of the goods involved in the transactions. If some of the transactions are expressed in currencies other than the selected currency, these currencies are converted to the selected currency.
