Handling Unit

The From and To fields define a range of: handling units for which the version history must be deleted or archived.

Version

The From and To fields define a range of: handling unit versions that must be deleted or archived.

Warehouse

The From and To fields define a range of: warehouses from which the handling unit version history must be deleted or archived.

From Item

The From and To fields define a range of: items for which the handling unit version history must be deleted or archived.

Archive or Delete

Select the option to delete/archive the history data of the handling unit version.

• Delete: Deletes the history data of the handling unit version.

• Archive: Archives the history data of the handling unit version.

• Both: Archives and then deletes the history data of the handling unit version.

Keep Last Transaction

If this check box is selected, LN does not delete/archive the last transaction.

Note: If this check box is selected, the Up to Date field is disabled.

Archive Common Master Data

If this check box is selected, LN archives only the general data linked to the values specified in the selection range.

Archive Text

If this check box is selected, LN archives only the text linked to the values specified in the selection range.

Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, LN overwrites the text linked to the values specified in the selection range in case the history data is previously archived.

Up to Date

Select the date and time until which to delete/archive the history data.

Original Company

The code of the current company. This is the company whose data must be deleted or archived.

Archive-to Company

The code of the archive company in which the archived data is stored.

For each company, an archive company is defined in the Archive-to Company of the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
