Print Replenishment List (whwmd3405m000)

Use this session to print a replenishment list. This list indicates:

  • The location(s) that must be replenished.
  • The quantity to be replenished.
  • The location(s) from which replenishment must take place.

Field Information

Warehousing Order Type

The warehousing-order type that is used to create the warehousing orders for the replenishments.

Note: The current field is only enabled if the Directly Create Warehousing Orders check box is selected.
Replenishment Relation Type

Use this field to indicate which relation type must be used for replenishment:

  • Specific- An item and/or replenishment zone/location is specified in the replenishment matrix.
  • General- No item or replenishment zone/location is specified in the replenishment matrix. LN searches each location/zone to replenish to the destination zone/location.
  • Both- Replenishment is based on both relation types.
Use Economic Stock for Replenishment Advice

If this check box is cleared, LN uses the inventory on hand to determine the shortage on the destination location. LN then calculates the shortage as follows:

shortage = minimum inventory - on hand

If this check box is selected, LN uses the economic stock to determine the shortage on the destination location. LN then calculates the shortage as follows:

shortage = minimum inventory - economic stock
Note:

You can view the destination location's:

  • Minimum Inventory in the Fixed Locations (whwmd3502m000) session.
  • Inventory on Hand in the Stock Point Inventory (whinr1540m000) session.
Directly Create Warehousing Orders

If this check box is selected, LN directly generates warehouse orders of the Transfer (Manual) origin for the replenishments. Also, an outbound-order line with the replenishment quantity and destination location is created.

Warehousing Order Series

The series in which the warehousing orders for the replenishments are created.

LN determines the default series, based on the series as specified in the Number Group and Series fields of the Inventory Handling Parameters (whinh0100m000) session.

Note: The current field is only enabled if the Directly Create Warehousing Orders check box is selected.
Directly Process Created Orders

If this check box is selected, LN directly processes warehousing orders that are generated from the replenishment list. As a result of processing the warehousing order, the items are replenished.

If this check box is cleared, you must manually process warehousing orders that are generated from the replenishment list.

Important

If you have not yet processed the generated warehousing orders manually and you run the current session again, LN can again generate warehousing orders to replenish the relevant item and location combination, which can result in double replenishments. To prevent this, select the Use Economic Stock for Replenishment Advice check box.

Note: This check box is only enabled if the Directly Create Warehousing Orders check box is selected.
Also Create Orders for Undefined Replenishment Location

If this check box is selected, LN creates a replenishment advice without the location to replenish from.

This is done in either of these situations:

  • A replenishment relation exists but not enough inventory is available to replenish.
  • No replenishment relation exists.
Note: This check box is only enabled if the Directly Create Warehousing Orders check box is selected.
Combine Warehousing Transfer Orders

If this check box is selected, LN combines order lines with matching header data into a single order header.

For example, if two different items are replenished from the same location, LN can combine both transfer orders in one. If the material is replenished from two different locations of the warehouse, the orders are combined in one order, but with two order sets.

Note: This check box is only enabled if the Directly Create Warehousing Orders check box is selected.
