Field Information

Indicates if the inventory data will be archived and/or deleted.
- Keep Last Transaction

If this check box is selected, the last transaction data processed is not archived or deleted.
- Archive Common Master Data

If this check box is selected, general transaction data is archived. (Recommended)
- Archive Text

If this check box is selected, LN prints an archive text.
- Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, LN overwrites any existing archive text.
- Up to Date

The date up to which transaction data is archived and/or deleted.
- Original Company

The code of the current company. This is the company whose data must be deleted or archived.
- Archive-to Company

The code of the archive company in which the archived data is stored.
