Handling Unit

The handling unit for which you view related data.

Status

The Handling Unit Status of the handling unit.

Active Process

If this check box is selected, the handling unit is allocated to an inventory inspection.

The handling unit has one of these statuses:

  • Open
  • Receipt Open
  • Received
  • Advised
  • To Be Inspected
  • Approved

If this check box is cleared, the handling unit is not allocated to an inventory inspection and has one of these statuses:

  • Inactive
  • In Stock
  • In Transit
  • Closed

Inspection

The code of the inventory inspection.

Inspection Sequence

The sequence number of the inventory inspection.

Quantity To be Inspected

The quantity contained in the handling unit at the moment the inventory inspection is created.

The inventory unit in which the quantity to be inspected is expressed.

Quantity To be Approved

The quantity of items in the handling unit that will be approved when the inspection is processed.

Quantity To be Destroyed

The quantity of items in the handling unit that will be destroyed when the inspection is processed.

Quantity To be Rejected

The quantity of items in the handling unit that will be rejected when the inspection is processed.

To be Scrapped Quantity

The quantity of items in the handling unit that will be scrapped when the inspection data is processed.

Inspected

The quantity contained in the handling unit that is inspected.

Approved Quantity

The quantity contained in the handling unit that has been approved.

Note: Destroyed quantities are specified both in the current field and the Destroyed Quantity field.
Destroyed Quantity

The quantity contained in the handling unit that has been destroyed.

Note: Destroyed quantities are specified both in the current field and the Approved Quantity field.
Rejected Quantity

The quantity contained in the handling unit that has been rejected.

Scrapped Quantity

The quantity contained in the handling unit that has been scrapped.

Destroy Reason

The reason code that explains why the items are destroyed.

Reject Reason

A code that indicates the reason for the rejection.

Scrap Reason

The reason code indicating why the rejected items are scrapped. You can zoom to the Reasons (tcmcs0105m000) session to select a reason code or manually specify a reason code.
