Activity Sets for Corrective Action Plans (tsspc3110m500)
Use this session to view and maintain group planning groups generated from group planning activity sets for Corrective Action Plans.
Field Information
- Group

The unique ID of the group.
- Allocated Resource

The engineer allocated to the specified group.
- Start Date Activity Sets

The start date of the activity set. LN displays the activity sets with a start date later than the specified date.
- Finish Date Activity Sets

The finish date of the activity set. LN displays the activity sets with a finish date earlier than the specified date.
- Moved Activity Sets

If this check box is selected, LN displays the activity sets that have been moved from another group.
- Activity Set

The group planning activity set number for the activity set.
- Planning Sequence

The planning sequence of the activity set.
- Activity Set Status

The status of the group planning activity set.
Allowed values
- Created

The activity is imported from service order activity, work order activity or planned activity. The activity is yet to be planned.
- Planned

The activity is successfully planned (planning times are updated). The updated start and finish times can be copied to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.
- Not Planned
-
The activity could not be planned. Owing to failure of the planning process, the activity must be re-planned.
- Released
-
The updated start and finish times of the activity are copied to the service order activity, work order activity or planned activity.
- Maximum Activity Status

The highest possible status of all the group planning activities in the group.

- Firm Planned

If this check box is selected, the activity set is firm planned and you cannot change the start and finish date of the activity set.
- Frozen

If this check box is selected, the activity set is frozen and you cannot add new activities to the existing activity sets.

If this check box is selected, LN does not change the sequence of the activities when the specified activity set is planned.
- Planned Start Time

The start date and time of the first activity in the specified activity set.
- Planned Finish Time

The finish date and time of the last activity in the specified activity set.
- Sort Method

The sorting method for service order activities in an activity set.
