Field Information

Service Order Sheets

If this check box is selected, LN prints the service-order sheets.

Note: 

If this check box is selected, the following check boxes can be selected:

• Order Headers and Activity Lines.
• Requirement Lines.
• Order Text, Activity Text, and Call Text.

Acknowledgement Sheets

If this check box is selected, LN prints the acknowledgment sheets.

Appointment Sheets

If this check box is selected, LN prints the appointment sheet.

Checklists

If this check box is selected, LN prints the checklists.

Inspections (not executed)

Repair Reports

If this check box is selected, LN prints the repair report.

Note: The repair report is printed in the language of the business partner.

Selection Range

Use the fields in the Selection Range group box to specify the range of data for which the service order documents are printed.

Sort By

Order Headers

If this check box is selected, LN prints the service-order header.

Note: If the Service Order Sheets check box is selected, you can select this check box.

Order Text

If this check box is selected, LN prints the additional text that is related to the service order.

Note: If the Service Order Sheets check box is selected, you can select this check box.

Activity Lines

If this check box is selected, LN prints the service-order activity lines that are related to the service order.

Activity Text

If this check box is selected, LN prints the additional text that is related to the service-order activity.

Note: If the Service Order Sheets check box is selected, you can select this check box.

Call Text

If this check box is selected, LN prints the additional text that is related to the call (if defined on the service-order header).

Note: If the Service Order Sheets check box is selected, you can select this check box.

Requirement Lines

If this check box is selected, LN prints the requirement lines that are related to the service order.

Requirement Line Text

If this check box is selected, LN prints the additional text that is related to the requirement lines.

Note: If the Requirement Lines check box is selected, you can select this check box.

Material

The number of blank material lines that will be printed. On these lines, the service engineer can specify the actual (spent) material requirements.

Note: 

• If you expect that the actual used materials differ from the estimated materials costs that are defined in the Service Order Estimated Material Costs (tssoc2120m000) session, you can use these lines.
• If the Service Order Sheets check box is selected, you can select this check box.

Budget Labor Line Data

The number of blank labor lines that will be printed. On these lines, the service engineer can specify the actual (spent) labor requirements.

Note: 

• If you expect that the actual used labor differs from the estimated labor costs that are defined in the Service Order Estimated Labor Costs (tssoc2130m000) session, you can use these lines.
• If the Service Order Sheets check box is selected, you can select this check box.

Traveling

The number of blank traveling lines that will be printed. On these lines, the service engineer can specify the actual (spent) traveling details.

Note: 

• If you expect that the actual traveling costs differ from the estimated traveling costs that are defined in the Service Order Estimated Other Costs (tssoc2140m000) session, you can use these lines.
• If the Service Order Sheets check box is selected, you can select this check box.

Measurement Instruction Text

If this check box is selected, LN prints the additional text that is related to the measurements of the service-order activity.

Note: If the Inspection Reports check box is selected, you can select this check box.

Solution Text

If this check box is selected, LN prints the solution text that is related to the service-order activity.

Note: If the Repair Reports check box is selected, you can select this check box.
