Switch Status of Contract Installments (tsctm4201m000)

Use this session to change the status of a range of service-contract installments from Free to Accepted and from Accepted to Free.

You can also print a process report and an error report.

Note:

If you want to accept a service-contract installment:

The installment's status must be Free
The status of the linked planned activity, if any exist, must be Transferred.
The indexation amount and the incidental change amount for the installments must be zero.

Field Information

Free to Accepted: If this check box is selected, the status of the contract installment will be changed from Free to Accepted.
Accepted to Free: If this check box is selected, the status of the contract installments will be changed from Accepted to Free.
Process Report: Note: This report shows the Accepted service-contract installments.
Error Report: Note: This report shows all the contract installments that failed the selection criteria.
