Create Rental Equipment Calendar (tscfg2262m000)

Use session to create a rental equipment calendar for selected serialized items of the type, Equipment. The rental equipment availability and non-availability can be determined based on the regular calendar compared with the manual reservations maintained in the Planned Rental Equipment Transactions (tscfg2160m000) session.

Note: Infor LN considers only the serialized items for which:

The Rentable check box is selected and theCalendar and the Availability Type are specified in the Serialized Items (tscfg2100m000) session.
An equipment calendar does not exist.

Field Information

Installation Group: The From and To fields define a range of: the installation groups.
Service Office: The From and To fields define a range of: the service offices.
Serialized Item Group: The From and To fields define a range of: the serialized item groups.
Calendar: The From and To fields define a range of: the calendars.
Availability Type: The From and To fields define a range of: the availability type, indicating whether the time period represents available or un-available time.
From Item: The From and To fields define a range of: the items.
From Serial Number: The From and To fields define a range of: the serials for the items.
Calendar Start Date: The date and time from when the item is not available for renting.
Simulate: If this check box is selected,, Infor LN runs the process of creating calendar in a simulation mode. The results are not saved in the database. This process enables you to review the results before generating the calendar.
Process Report: If this check box is selected,, a report is generated when the processing is completed successfully.
Error Report: If this check box is selected,, an error report is generated when the processing is not completed.
