Skill Requirements by Serialized Item (tscfg2105m000)
use session to define the mandatory and preferred skills required for using a specific
serialized item or rentable equipment.
Note: This session can be accessed only if the Skills check box is selected in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.

If this check box is selected,, the skill is used as Sign-off skill for work order activities.
