Physical Progress Master Data for project elements and activities

You can generate the physical progress master data for project elements and activities at the cost object level using the Generate Physical Progress Master Data (tpppc1110m000)session.

The pre-requisites for generating the physical progress master data are:

• For projects, in the Projects (tppdm6100m000) session:
  • The project status must be set to Active.
  • The Control by field must be set to Element if you want to generate the master data for elements.
  • The Budget by field must be set to Activity if you want to generate the master data for activities.
  • The Register Progress field must be set to Yes.
• For elements, in the Elements (tpptc1100m000) session:
  • The element status must be set to Actual or Final.
  • The Physical Progress check box must be selected.
  • The Physical Progress Level field must be set to Element / Control Code.
• For activities, in the Activities (tppss2100m000) session:
  • The activity status must be set to Actual or Final.
  • The Physical Progress Level field must be set to Activity / Control Code.

Physical Progress Master Data for project extensions

You can use the Generate Physical Progress Master Data by Extension (tpppc1170m000) session to generate the physical progress master data for projects and extensions at the cost object level. The data is generated for these sessions:

• Physical Progress by Extension/Material (tpppc1180s000)
• Physical Progress by Extension/Labor (tpppc1182s000)
• Physical Progress by Extension/Equipment (tpppc1184s000)
• Physical Progress by Extension/Subcontracting (tpppc1186s000)
• Physical Progress by Extension/Sundry Cost (tpppc1187s000)

The pre-requisites to generate the progress master data for project extensions are:

• For Projects, in the Projects (tppdm6100m000) session:
  • The project status must be set to Active.
  • The Register Progress field must be set to Yes.
• For extensions, in the Extension (tpptc0110s000) session:
  • The extension status must be set to Actual or Final.
  • The Phys. Progress Registration field must be set to Extension / Control Code.
