Top Down Budget Data (tpptc5110s000)
Use this session to distribute amount(s) by cost type to a selected activity.
The sessions displays the current undistributed amount before you enter the activity amount(s), and the new undistributed amount after you do.

- Current Version

The current time-phased budget version for which you enter the budgeted amounts.
- Activity

The code that uniquely identifies the activity that is linked to the current version of the time phased budget.
- Version

The top down version for which you enter the amounts.
The top down version for which the amount you enter in this session for the activity is recorded:
- If the top down version is also the current version, your entered amount is recorded in the current version.
- If the version is not the current version, you can copy the entered amount to the current version using the Copy to Current Version command on the appropriate menu in the Top Down Budget Data (tpptc5510m000) session. You can only do this if:
- The status of the current version is not final.
- The project's status is free or active.
- The status of the activity is not final.

- Registration Date

The registration date of the budgeted amounts in the version. This date is set automatically based on the system date.

The budget status of the activity as a part of the top down budget version.

Note: If the Version Status is set to Final in the Budget Version (tpptc5100s000) session for the project, the Budget Status for all the top down budget lines of that project is also set to Final status. - Currency

The default currency is the currency of the current version.

The budgeted amount of the activity. The amount you enter is equally divided over the different cost-types.
You will receive an error message if:
- Your entered amount, together with the amounts budgeted for the other children of the same parent, exceeds the budget amount of the parent (taking any currency conversions into account). If there is no parent (in case of the top charge element), the budget amount is compared with the version amounts.
