Budgeted Costs by Equipment Control Code (tpptc3552m000)

Use this session to display the budgeted amounts and quantities of the cost-type, equipment, for:

  • The selected project
  • The budget-cost analysis code

The data is sorted by control code.

Field Information

Project

The code that uniquely identifies the project.

Project Status

The project's status.

Budget Cost Analysis Version

The code that uniquely identifies the cost analysis.

Last Calculation Time

The date on which the latest budget-cost analysis was performed via the Generate Budget Cost Analysis (tpptc3200m000) session for the selected budget-cost analysis code.

Currency

The default currency in the overview session is the project currency. Both in a dependent and in an independent currency system you can change this currency to other currencies with the Rotate Currency option <CTRL-R>.

The following sequence is applicable:

  1. Project currency
  2. Local currency
  3. Reporting currency 1
  4. Reporting currency 2
Note: Only the last three currencies are home currencies.
Control Code Equipment

The code that uniquely identifies the control code.

Reference Type

The nature of the control code.

Allowed values

Project

Specific to the selected project.

Standard

Common to all projects.

Equipment Quantity

The equipment quantity.

Note: 
  • This field is enabled only if the Cost type is set to Equipment.
  • This field is displayed only if the Services Procurement field is set to Active or In Preparation in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
  • This value must be specified if the Services Procurement field is set to Active in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

The unit in which the equipment quantity is measured.

Amount of Time

The amount of time and the time unit that determine the duration budgeted for the use of the equipment.

Time Unit

The code that uniquely identifies the time unit.

Amount

The sum of the budgeted costs on the line.
