Update Assignments in Hours Accounting (tpptc2211m000)

Use this session to update assignments for a range of employees. The resource assignment is updated in the Assignments (bpmdm0130m000) session based on the employee assigned in the budget line.
Note: 
  • The Update process checks whether the start date in the Relative Details group box on the budget lines falls into the relative date range. If this field is empty LN checks the activity start date.
  • If the end date of a budget labor line is not filled, LN creates an infinite assignment from the budget line.

  • The Assignments (tpptc2170m000) session is not used.

Project

The From and To fields define a range of: project.

Employee

Related Start Date

The Update process considers the first related start date of the project. The activity start date must be in this range.

Budget Line Status

The status of the budget line.

Allowed values

Free

The data can be modified.

Actual

The data other than the total contract amount, management reserve, and the profit fee, can be modified.

Final

The amounts per activity or cost type in the Top Down Budget Data (tpptc5110s000) session cannot be modified.

Activity

The From and To fields define a range of: activities.

If this check box is selected, you can print the assignments created or updated.

Error Report

If this check box is selected, LN generates an error report, if any.
