Use this session to display cost surcharges that are based on all budget lines of a selected project.

Allowed values
- Free

The data can be modified.
- Actual

The data other than the total contract amount, management reserve, and the profit fee, can be modified.
- Final

The amounts per activity or cost type in the Top Down Budget Data (tpptc5110s000) session cannot be modified.
- Effective Date

The date on which the surcharge takes effect. This date is compared with the project start date in order to define whether the surcharge applies or not.
- Expiry Date

The date on which the surcharge expires. This date is compared with the project start date in order to define whether the surcharge applies or not.
