Update Status After Delivery (tppdm7200m300)

Use this session to update the status of activities and milestones to Finished or Reached respectively, when the deliverables are shipped. This allows you to initiate the transfer of invoices. An invoice for the installment is generated when milestone is used as the triggering activity.

Field Information

Selection

Selection: Use the fields in Selection group box to specify the range of data for which the activity or milestone status is updated.

Finish Activities

If this check box is selected, LN sets the Activity status to Finished when all the deliverables of a project and activity are shipped.

Note:

Reach Milestones

If this check box is selected, LN sets the Milestones to Reached when all the deliverables of the same project and milestone are shipped.

Process Report

If this check box is selected, LN prints the process report for the selected range of data.
