Delete/Archive Contract (tpctm1200m100)

Use this session to delete and/or archive contract and the related project data. You can select the date range up to which you can include the data and the range of contracts to be archived or deleted. You can also select the type of data you can archive or delete and the operations that you must perform.

Note: The related project data must be archived first in order to archive the contract data.

Deleting outdated data helps limit data growth and improves system performance. See: Delete and archive Project order data.

Delete or Archive
Run Type

Indicates if the data must be archived, deleted, or both.

Allowed values

Delete Only

Deletes the selected data.

Archive Only

The selected data up to a specified date is saved by copying the data to an archiving company.

Archive and Delete

The selected data is copied to an archiving company and deleted.

Selection Range
Up To Date

The date and time up to which the data must be deleted or archived.

Contract

The code of the contract.

Settings
Original Company

The code of the current company from which the original data must be deleted or archived.

Company Name

The company name.

Archive-to Company

The code of the archive company to which the data is archived.

Company Name

The company name.

Options
Common Master Data

If this check box is selected, the common master data is included when archiving the company data.

Note: This field is initially hidden. By default, the check box is cleared.
General Project Data

If this check box is selected, the general project data is included when archiving the company data.

Note: This field is initially hidden. By default, the check box is cleared.
Archive Text

If this check box is selected, the text associated with the common and general project data is also archived.

Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, texts that already exist in the archive company are replaced by the latest text.

Print Options
Process Report

If this check box is selected, the process report is printed when the procedure is completed successfully.

Error Report

If this check box is selected, an error report is displayed when the process is not completed successfully.

Print Statistics

If this check box is selected, statistics of the specified range of data are printed.
