Machine Hours (tisfc4102m000)

Use this session to view machine hours reported per shift, perform corrections, approve and post machine hours.

Field Information

Site

The site where the machine is situated.

Work Center

The work center to which the machine is linked.

Machine Type

The type of machines used during production.

Machine Number

The ID of the specific machine.

Shift

The shift during which the machine operation quantities are reported.

Shift Start Date

The date and time the shift starts.

Shift End Date

The date and time the shift ends.

Production Order

The planned production order ID.

Operation

The machine operation to which the hours are booked.

Start Date

The date the operation is planned to start.

Hours Type

Select the type of reported hours.

Allowed values

  • Setup
  • Run
  • Down
  • Idle
Status

The state of the machine hours:

Allowed values

  • Estimated
  • Registered
  • Actual Initialized
  • Actual Approved
  • Posted
Transaction Date

The date the machine hours are logged.

Estimated Hours

The expected machine hours based on the planned quantity.

Registered Hours

The machine hours logged either by the use of the clock or via backflushing.

Actual Hours

The machine hours to report.

Using the Initialize Actual Hours command you can copy the registered hours and correct them if needed.
