Machine Utilization by Week (tisfc1504m000)

Use this session to display an overview of capacity utilization for one machine for a week. You can see what orders have been planned, and how much time and materials they are expected to use.

Note: If you want to see the planned utilization of all machines, you can use the Utilization by Week (tisfc1502m000) session.

Field Information

Site

The site ID.

Note: Only visible if multisite functionality is active.

Machine

The machine for which you want to see how much has been planned.

Description

The machine for which you want to see how many hours you have planned to use it during the week.

Normal Capacity

The normal capacity of the machine for one week. You can modify this in the Week Capacity [Hours] field of the Machines (Machine Types) (tirou0102m000) session.

Production Year

The year for which you want to display planned requirements for a machine.

Available Capacity

The machine capacity available for the week in question dependent on the calendar.

This may be less than the machine normal capacity if, for example, a machine is being maintained.

Production Week

The week for which you want to display planned requirements for a machine.

The week of the year, where week one is the first week of the year containing at least four days, assuming that Monday is the first day of the week.

Total Machine Hours

The number of hours you have planned to use the machine during the week.

Day

The day for which you want to see how much you have planned to use the machine.

Production Order

The planned production order.

Item

The item you have planned to make with the machine.

Work Center

The work center where the machine is used.

Quantity Planned

The quantity of items you plan to produce with the machine on this date, including items lost to scrap and low yield.

Operation

The code of the operation carried out by the machine.

Machine Hours

The machine hours needed to carry out the operation

Physical Location

The location where the production order is processed on the job shop. You can also enter other information about the order.

Production Order Group

The production order group to which the production order belongs.
