Process Material Shortages (tisfc0221m000)

Use this session to deal with shortages of low cost materials. Low cost materials are usually materials that are backflushed, or issued manually while the Direct Process Warehouse Order Line check box is selected. In both cases, LN carries out the warehouse order procedure automatically, without user intervention.

If shortages exist during backflushing or direct processing, and later new material has arrived in inventory, you can use this session to process the remaining material quantity without extensive, manual warehouse handling.

You can use this session also to determine whether material shortages exist for a specific JSC production order.
