Report Shift (tirpt4636m200)
Use this session to report when a shift is completed. The reported production quantities, hours spent and materials used must be checked and corrected if required , before the shift can be reported complete. The shifts must be reported complete for each work cell. LN does not allow you to update this data , after the work cell shift status is set to Completed. However, the shift must be reopened first.
This session can also be used by the supervisor to track progress, or view the status of a work cell.
If the Automatic Labor Hours and Automatic Work Cell Hours parameters are active in:
- Repetitive Manufacturing Parameters (tirpt0100m000)
- Production Settings by Site (timfc0180m000)
- Repetitive Settings History by Site (tirpt0181m000)
Actual hours are approved automatically one a shift is reported complete in the Report Shift (tirpt4636m200) session.

The time (in hours) registered to complete a shift in the specified work cell. The time is categorized as run, setup, down and wait time.
- Actual

The actual time (in hours) for this shift in the specified work cell. Infor LN defaults the value to the registered hours. This can be corrected by the supervisor.
Note:The Automatic Work Cell Hours parameter must be selected in the Production Settings by Site (timfc0180m000), or, if Sites is not active, in the Repetitive Manufacturing Parameters (tirpt0100m000) sessions for the actual hours to be approved automatically once the shift is reported completed.
The backflushing calculation is based on the produced and rejected quantities.
