Production User Profiles (timfc0120m000)

Use this session to authorize employees to manage and maintain one or more sites.

When running production sessions, the employee authorizations for specific sites are used to automatically select the site for which orders are selected for release.

Field Information

User: The employee who is being authorized.
Site: The site at which the employee works.
All Sites allowed: If this check box is selected, the selected employee is authorized to maintain and manage all site linked to the company. If this check box is cleared, authorization is granted to the assigned site only.
