Save Search Definitions (tigrt1110s000)

Use this session to save the search values that you use to search for items.

You can only open this session at the end of a search process. You are asked the question: Save search data as new search definition? If you answer Yes, this session starts.

If you save the search definition, the following data is stored:

  • General search definition data.
  • Families in which you have searched.
  • Features with which you have searched.
  • Search values of the aspects that you used to search.
Note: If you zoom to start this session, you can only find and select a record. You cannot create more search definitions than the maximum number determined in the User Data (tigrt0117m000) session.

Field Information

Search Definition

The number that represents a set of search keys (families, features) that you can use to search for certain classified items.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Search Key

Enter a search key, which can be used to retrieve an item.

User

The user who created the search definition.

Note: You can only create search definitions if you are defined as a user in the User Data (tigrt0117m000) session.
Description

The number of search definitions that a user created.

Max. Number Allowed

The maximum number of search definitions a user is allowed to create.
