Values by Search Definition (tigrt0113m000)

Use this session to define values by search definitions with which to search for classified items. You can define search definitions in the Search Definitions (tigrt0110m000) session. You can enter individual values as well as ranges of values.

Click Renumber on the appropriate menu to renumber the sequence numbers.

Note: If zoomed to this session, you can only find and select a record. You can only maintain values for you own search definitions.

Field Information

Search Definition

Select the search definition number, which refers to a search definition. For each search definition, you can define features with which to search for items.

Note: Search definitions must be defined in the Search Definitions (tigrt0110m000) session.
Description

The description or name of the code.

User

The owner of the search definition. The user code refers to a Product Classification (GRT) module user.

Note: Users must be defined in the User Data (tigrt0117m000) session.
Feature

Select the feature code, which refers to a feature. The feature for which the aspect has been defined.

Note: Features must be defined in the Features (tigrt0101m000) session.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Aspect within Feature

Select an aspect of a feature.

Note: You can distinguish between one and eight aspects for each feature. You must define at least one aspect.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Sequence

The sequence number, which identifies a search value. For each search definition, you can define several search values per aspect.

Value From

Select the first code in the range that you want to search.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Value To

Select the last code in the range that you want to search.
