Print Tax Exemption Letter by Business Partner (tftax2421m000)

Use this session to print tax exemption letters or fiscal exemption letters for the specified range of invoice-from business partners and/or invoice-to business partners.

This report also prints Customer Protocol code linked to the specific business partner defined in the Tax Exemption Letter by Business Partner (tftax2121m000) session.

Field Information

Tax Year: The From and To fields define a range of: the financial periods for which the tax exemption letters are printed.
Exempt Certificate: The From and To fields define a range of: the tax exemption certificates numbers issued to the business partners for which the tax exemption letters are printed.
Tax Type: The From and To fields define a range of: the tax types.
Business Partner: The From and To fields define a range of: the business partners to whom the tax exemption letters are issued and are printed.
Exemption Letter: If this check box is selected, LN prints the report listing the tax exemption letters.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Tax Type is set to Purchase.
Fiscal Exemption Letter: If this check box is selected, LN prints the report listing the fiscal exemption letters issued for the specified financial year.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Tax Type is set to Purchase.
Exemption History Book: If this check box is selected, LN prints the report listing the tax exemption history book issued for the specified financial year.

Note: You must select this check box only if the Tax Type is set to Sales.
Reprint: If this check box is selected, LN reprints a previously printed tax exemption letters report.
