Map Integration Transactions (tfgld4281m000)

Use this session to map a range of integration transactions.

Click Map to assign ledger accounts and dimensions to the transactions, based on values of the integration elements. LN uses the currently Active mapping scheme version, independent of the transaction dates.

If you enter a user group or a range of integration user groups, only transactions created by users of the user groups are mapped.

You can select transactions with specific statuses for the mapping. You can select one of the following statuses:

Logged
The transaction data has been logged.
Mapped
To remap transactions that were previously mapped, select this status. The previous mapping is replaced with the new mapping. For example, if you wish to overrule the individual mapping of transactions performed in the Integration Transactions (tfgld4582m000) session, you can select this status.
Mapping Error
Earlier mapping of the transaction has resulted in an error message.
Posting Error
Earlier posting of the transaction has resulted in an error message.

Note: After the mapping, you can still map individual transactions according to previously active mapping scheme versions. Use the commands on the appropriate menu of the Integration Transactions (tfgld4582m000) session.

Creation Date

The date and time on which the transaction was created.

User Group

The From and To fields define a range of: integration user groups of which the transactions are mapped.

If you enter a user group or a range of user groups, only transactions created by users of the user groups are mapped.

Select Specific Status

If this check box is selected, you can select transactions with specific statuses for the mapping.

Status

Select one of the following:

Logged
The transaction data has been logged.
Mapped

Post

If this check box is selected, LN posts the transactions that were successfully mapped.

Continuous Process Frequency

If this check box is selected, as long as the session is open LN posts newly mapped transactions in the selected range at regular intervals.

You can enter the time in minutes between two runs of the posting process. If you enter zero, the process is not repeated.

This option is only available if you selected Post.
