Archive / Delete Tax Declarations (tfgld1225m000)
Use this session to archive and/or delete tax declarations or to archive tax declaration masters.
You can only archive and/or delete tax declarations that have the status Paid or Manually Paid.
Field Information
- Tax Year

The tax year for which you archive and/or delete the data.
- Tax Period

The From and To fields define a range of: tax periods for which you archive and/or delete the data.
- Common

If this check box is selected, Infor LN archives the general data from Common .
- Financials

If this check box is selected, LN also archives the master data from Financials .
- Type of Process

The process that you want to perform on tax declarations.
For tax declaration masters, you must select Archive Only.
- Archive Text

If this check box is selected, Infor LN archives the texts related to the master data.
- Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, Infor LN overwrites the texts related to the master data.
- Original Company

The code of the company for which archiving is done.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Archive-to Company

The archive company to which the data is transferred.
Note:- This is a display field.
- Infor LN defaults this value from the Archive-to Company field in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0500m000) session.
