Use this session to archive and delete taxonomies.
Field Information
- Taxonomy

The From and To fields define a range of: taxonomies.
- Version

The From and To fields define a range of: versions. These are the version numbers of the taxonomy. LN automatically generates the version number. If you update the existing version of the taxonomy, LN saves the updated taxonomy with a new version which is one number greater than the previous version.
- Up to Closing Date

The date and time to which the taxonomies must be archived or deleted.
- Simulate

If this check box is selected, LN performs the operation without storing the resulting changes.
- Type of Process

The action to be performed based on the selection.

- Delete Only

Deletes the selected data.
- Archive Only

The selected data up to a specified date is saved by copying the data to an archiving company.

The selected data is copied to an archiving company and deleted.
