Use this session to create and maintain financial statements.

Field Information

Financial Statement

The code of the financial statement or consolidated statement.

Statement Type

Either Financial Statement or Consolidated Statement.

Statement Status

The statement status can be one of the following:

Registered
The financial statement data can be modified. No statement values can be processed or printed.
Approved
The financial statement data cannot be modified. The statement can be processed or printed.
Not Applicable

Only Used for External Report Definition

If this check box is selected, the financial statement can only be used for external reporting.

Next Statement

Enter the code of the financial statement you want to link to the financial statement you are creating. This allows you to create series of statements. After printing the original statement, LN will automatically print the next statement defined here.

Header

If this check box is selected, a header text will be printed on the top of each page.

Report Currency: reporting currency
Calculation Group: calculation group
Default Rate Type: exchange-rate type
Use Currency Gain/Loss Statement Account: If this check box is selected, LN will use an exchange gain and loss account.
Historical Rates Allowed: If this check box is selected, LN will use available historical rates.

Use Annexure

If this check box is selected, an annexure with a breakdown of the statement accounts into ledger accounts and dimensions will be printed.

Select an appropriate statement layout from the Statement Layouts (tffst0110m000) session.

Header

If this check box is selected, a text will be printed on the top of each page.

Process Transactions

None: For this statement no transactions are stored.( Default value)
On Demand: If the line is clicked in the Statement Account Structure window or if the new session is started, the table is filled for the given combination.
By Statement: During processing all data can be retrieved and stored in the table.
By Account: During processing data is only retieved for the statement accounts for which a new field is set. Other data is retrieved On Demand.

Created by User: The logon code and name of the user who created the financial statement.
Creation Date: The date that the financial statement was created.
Last Modified by User: The logon code and name of the user who modified the financial statement.
Modification Date: The date that the financial statement was modified.
Modification Date for Selecting Values: The date that the financial statement was modified by a user selecting values for this statement in the Process Financial Statement Values (tffst1205m000) session.
Statement Value Data Present: If this check box is selected, statement value data exists.

Table: The table name.
Number of Records: The number of transaction lines.
