Statement Column

The number of the statement column in which you want to multiply the values of the statement accounts by a certain factor.

Sequence Number

The sequence number allows you to select several ranges of statement accounts in a specific statement column.

Example

For consolidated statement 100 you have defined column A. You have also defined a number of statement accounts:

Statement Acc. Amount Statement Acc. Amount
1100 4,500 1600 7,345
1200 5,337 1700 3,224
1300 1,195 1800 817
1400 416 1900 5,136
1500 8,992 2000 80

You now want to multiply the amounts of statement accounts 1100, 1200, 1300, 1700 and 1800 by 1.3

To accomplish this, you must enter the following data

Consolidated statement 100 100
Statement column A A
Sequence number 1 2
From statement account 1100 1700
To statement account 1300 1800
Multiplication factor 1.3 1.3

The statement will contain the following data:

  Column A
1100 5,850
