Performance Budget by Period (tffbs1121m000)

Use this session to define a performance budget per period. Performances of a reference unit can be defined per period.

Dimension

The dimension under which the performance quantity is defined for various reference units.

Reference Unit

The reference unit, for which the performance budget is defined.

Reference Unit Type

The usage of a reference unit.

Periodic Distribution Mode

The periodic distribution mode method.

Periodic Distribution Percentage Applicable

If this check box is selected, the accounts/quantities by period are expressed in a percentage.

If the according reference unit have value Periodic Distribution Percentage, this check box is selected.

Period

The period for which the periodic performance value of the reference unit is stored.

Performance Quantity

The performance quantity per period for the specified reference unit.

If you selected the Periodic Distribution Percentage Applicable check box in the Reference Unit by Dimension (tffbs0130s000) session, the performance quantity for each period is the yearly performance.

Note: You can only access this field if the Periodic Distribution Mode field is set to Not Applicable and the planning type of the reference unit is progressive.
Surcharge Base Amount

The surcharge base-amount for a reference unit per period.

If you selected the Periodic Distribution Percentage Applicable check box in the Reference Unit by Dimension (tffbs0130s000) session, the surcharge amount for each period is the yearly performance.

Periodic Distribution Percentage

The periodic distribution percentage for a reference unit per period. This percentage defines how much of the year valuation (amounts) is taken into account for the corresponding period. For example: year base 400 square meters and the periodic distribution percentage is 10%.
