Generate Budget Distribution Data per Period (tffbs0202m000)

Use this session to define how to distribute budget amounts and budget quantities over the defined number of distribution periods. The budgets are distributed conform to the defined method in the Budget Distribution (tffbs0101m000) session.

Field Information

Distribution

The distribution code for which you want to generate the distribution data per period.

Allowed values

A distribution for which no period data is defined.

Distribution Method

The distribution method for budget amounts and budget quantities.

Distribution Periods

The number of periods over which the budget is distributed.

Allowed values

The number must be greater than one (1).

Generation Method

The method to generate percentages or factors.

Generation Method

The generation method for the multiplier.

Default Value

The default percentage that is applicable for the specified period range or for the periods other than selected in case of the generation method decrease or increase.

Note: You can enter this field when the Distribution Method field is set to Percentage.
Default Value

The default factor for the specified period range.

Note: You can enter this field when the Distribution Method field is set to Factor.
Default Value

The default multiplier for the specified period range.

Note: You can enter this field when the Distribution Method field is set to Factor.
Step Size

The step size for the increment or decrement distribution percentage for the specified period range.

Note: You can enter this field if the Generation Method field is set to Increase per Period or Decrease per Period.

Note: You can enter this field if the Generation Method is set to Increase per Period or Decrease per Period.
