Disposal Type

Displays the type of disposal.

ADR Disposal Type

For any assets subject to ADR group reporting, displays None, Ordinary, or Extraordinary. Assets classified as Ordinary remain in their vintage/group accounts after disposal. Assets classified as Extraordinary are removed from their accounts.

Disposal Date

The date on which the disposal transaction was entered into LN.

Year/Period

Displays the current Year.

Period

Displays the current Period.

Disposal User

The user who began the disposal transaction.

Quantity

The number of assets disposed.

Tag Number

Number assigned to the asset by the owner for further identification.

Reference Number

If an asset has been transferred, displays the company, asset number and extension of the original asset. If the asset has not been transferred, this field is blank.

Current Cost

Displays the current cost for the asset in the selected book.

The accumulated depreciation for the asset in the selected book.

Proceeds

Displays the amount received by the owner for the sale of the asset. This amount is displayed in the Home Currency.

The amount expected to be received when an asset is disposed at the end of its useful life.

Rate

The Rate is used for currency translation. It is the amount by which the Home Currency is multiplied to calculate the Transaction Currency. You define the Rate in the Currency Rates (tcmcs0108m000) session.

Rate Factor

The Rate Factor is used for currency translation. You define the Rate Factor in the Currency Rates (tcmcs0108m000) session.
