Asset Book Transaction Inquiry (tffam8501m000)

Use this session to display the total transactions recorded against an asset and a book. You can view transaction information for the asset and book selected, and to allow a transaction to be selected for further inquiry. Inquiries have no effect on the database, other than the retrieval of data; data is not manipulated or saved. Your security access rights determine the information that appears during an inquiry.

Note: If the Category, Group, or Subcategory is replaced in the Adjust Assets (tffam8220m000) session, LN creates the related transfer in and transfer out transactions for all the locations in the distribution. If the deprciation transactions exist for the asset, the transfer depreciation transactions are also created.

Note: When the Category, the Subcategory or the Group values are changed in the Adjust Assets (tffam8220m000) session, Transfer In and Transfer Out transactions are created for all locations in the distribution. If depreciation transactions are present, Transfer Depreciation transactions are also created.
