Print Invested Capital Overview (tffam8478m000)

Use this session to print the invested capital overview reports for the following:

The selected year or range of years.
The selected range of period.

Note: You can also print the report with additional information, notes or comments attached to the asset.

Field Information

Periodic Report

If this check box is selected, LN generates the report for the select range of period.

Period

The From and To fields define a range of: periods.

This field is enabled when you select the Periodic Report check box.

Year/Period

The From and To fields define a range of: years.

Asset Book

The From and To fields define a range of: asset books.

Category

The From and To fields define a range of: categories.

Subcategory

The From and To fields define a range of: subcategories.

Asset Group

The From and To fields define a range of: asset groups.

Asset Number

The From and To fields define a range of: asset numbers.

Asset Extension

The From and To fields define a range of: asset extensions.

In Service Date

The From and To fields define a range of: service dates.

Tag Number

The From and To fields define a range of: tag numbers.

Home Currency

The home currency.

Details

If this check box is selected, LN prints the details of the selected range of assets.

Location Descriptions

If this check box is selected, LN prints the details of the selected assets with a description of location.

Assets partly in Loc. Range

If this check box is selected, LN prints the details of the assets including the assets that are partly in the location range.

Comments

If this check box is selected, LN prints the comments or the text available for the asset selected. You can enter the text for an asset in the Asset Details (tffam1600m000) session.

Zero Value Assets

If this check box is selected, LN prints the details of the assets with a zero current cost.

Associated Notes

If this check box is selected, LN includes the notes associated with the asset. You can enter the text for an asset in the Asset Details (tffam1600m000) session.

Print Business Information Codes

If this check box is selected, you can add the business reasons for the selected range of assets.

You can attach a business information to the asset. You can define the business information with a code in the Business Information Codes (tffam2540m000) session.

Business Information

The From and To fields define a range of: business information codes.

Note: The field is enabled only when you select the Print Business Information Codes check box.

Sequence No.

The From and To fields define a range of: sequence numbers of business information codes.

Note: The allowed values for the range are from 1 to 99. The field is enabled only when you select the Print Business Information Codes check box.
