Print Inventory Report Listing (tffam1403m000)

Use this session to print a listing report of assets to conduct a physical inventory of assets.

Note: You can print the report with additional information, notes or comments attached to the asset.

Field Information

Financial Company

The From and To fields define a range of: Financial companies.

Category

The From and To fields define a range of: categories.

Subcategory

The From and To fields define a range of: subcategories.

Asset Group

The From and To fields define a range of: asset groups.

Asset Number

The From and To fields define a range of: asset numbers and asset extensions.

Asset Extension

The From and To fields define a range of: asset numbers and asset extensions.

Serial Number

The From and To fields define a range of: serial numbers.

Tag Number

The From and To fields define a range of: tag numbers.

Include also assets partly in location range

If this check box is selected, LN prints the details of the assets that are partly in the location range.

Print Comments

If this check box is selected, LN prints the comments or the text available for the selected asset . You can specify text for an asset in the Assets (tffam1500m000) session.

Print Associated Notes

If this check box is selected, LN includes the notes associated with the asset. You can specify the text for an asset in the Assets (tffam1500m000) session.

Print Business Information Codes

If this check box is selected, you can add the business reasons for the selected range of assets.

You can attach a business information for the asset. You can define the business information with a code in the Business Information Codes (tffam2540m000) session.

Business Information

The From and To fields define a range of: business information codes.

Note: The field is enabled only when you select the Print Business Information Codes check box.

Sequence No.

The From and To fields define a range of: sequence numbers of business information code.

Note: The allowed values range from 1 to 99. The field is enabled only when you select the Print Business Information Codes check box.

Location

The From and To fields define a range of: locations.
