Use this session to update business partner statistics. Run this session to ensure that the statistics shown in the Pay-by Business Partner Statistics (tfcmg3501m000) session are up-to-date.
This data is updated:
- Outstanding amounts
- Average days outstanding
- Amount received
- Average receipt period
- Average number of days overdue
- Payment differences
- Tolerated discount amount
- Actual discount amount
- Deductable late payment surcharges
- Actual late payment surcharges
Field Information
- Pay-by Business Partner

The From and To fields define a range of: pay-by business partner for which you generate business-partner statistics.
- Start Year

Enter the year from which you want to calculate the business-partner statistics.
Example
If the current year is 2012 and you enter 2011, LN calculates the business partner statistics from 1 January 2011 up to the current date.
- Remove Old Statistics

If this check box is selected, LN first removes the statistics data generated earlier.
If this check box is cleared, previously generated statistics for business partners that are no longer active are retained.
