Cash Denominations (tfcmg0142m000)
Use this session to define the cash denominations for each currency. These cash denominations are used in the cash counting process.
Field Information
- Currency
- The code of the currency for which the denominations must be defined.
- Denomination
- The code of the denomination that must be defined for the selected currency.
- Description
- The description of the denomination code associated with the selected currency.
- Multiplier
- The denomination multiplier for the currency that
is used for petty cash.
Example:
For the EURO, the bills for 10 EUR and 20 EUR and the 1 and 2 cent coins can be set up as:Denomination Description Multiplier 0.01 1 cent EURO coin 0.01 0.02 2 cent EURO coin 0.02 10 10 EURO bill 10 20 20 EURO bill 20
