Field Information

Effective Date

The date and time the parameters are valid. The parameters are valid up to the effective date of a more recent parameter setting.

Description

In new actual sets, the following text is taken as default:

Actual set defined on <date and time of new actual set>.

Default Language

The appropriate language code and description defined in the Languages (tcmcs0146m000) session.

Note: This is the language linked to the financial company for external communication, rather than the user’s language.

GL Movement BOD Size

The maximum size for the balances BOD in the General Ledger .

If this parameter is set to a value greater than one, multiple general ledger movements are combined into a single SourceSystemGLMovement BOD. Consequently, the performance of publishing data and importing data in components such as the Reporting Database, is improved.

Reporting Currency Group for Reporting Currency Amount

The group for reporting currency amounts, which is used to determine how home currency amounts are published in the SourceSystemGLMovement and SourceSystemJournalEntry BODs.
