The processing date and time of the documents up to which the documents are deleted.

If this check box is selected, the budget amendment documents are deleted.
- Budget Transfers

If this check box is selected, the budget transfer documents are deleted.
- Budget Control Adjustments

If this check box is selected, the budget control adjustment documents are deleted.

- Delete Documents with Status

Select an option to delete the documents with this status.
This field can have the following values:
- Processed: Deletes the documents that are already processed.
- Canceled: Deletes the documents that are canceled.
- All: Deletes all the budget control documents.
