Reorganize Budget (tfbgc1250m000)

Use this session to reorganize the budget balances from the budget transactions. The budget is rebuilt from all the historic transactions.

Field Information

Budget Account Balances

Select an option to setup new budgetary roll-up structures either by Reorganize or Rebuild.

This field can have the following values:

Reorganize: Applies all the history transactions to the new budget structure and all the future transactions are processed using the new structure.
Rebuild: Updates the existing budget structure.

Budget Year: The current budget year.
Previous Budget: The previous budget that has to be reorganized or rebuilt.
New Budget: The new budget that must be used when reorganizing from the previous budget.

Text: The details of the reorganize/rebuilt process of the budget is specified here.

Budget: If this check box is selected, the difference between the previous budget and the new budget for the balance type budget amount is printed.
Allotment: If this check box is selected, the difference between the previous budget and the new budget for the balance type allotment amount is printed.
Commitment: If this check box is selected, the difference between the previous budget and the new budget for the balance type commitment amount is printed.
Encumbrance: If this check box is selected, the difference between the previous budget and the new budget for the balance type encumbrance amount is printed.
Receipt Expense: If this check box is selected, the difference between the previous budget and the new budget for the balance type receipt expense amount is printed.
Expense: If this check box is selected, the difference between the previous budget and the new budget for the balance type expense amount is printed.

Update Mode

Select one of the modes to process the reorganized or rebuilt budget.
