Select Inv.-to BP Receipts for Interest Invoices (tfacr5210m000)

Use this session to select invoices and/or receipts to create advices, used to generate interest invoices.

This session is used to select overdue invoices and delayed receipts from business partners. Depending on the value specified in the Interest Invoice Selected Based On field in the Interest Invoice Related Data (tfacr5101s000) session, fully paid invoices and/or unpaid and partly paid invoices are selected.

Interest invoices are generated if the following conditions are met:

  • Both the Minimum Days for Interest Invoice and the Minimum Amount for Interest Invoice values specified in the Interest Invoice Related Data (tfacr5101s000) session are exceeded.
  • The original sales invoice amount is greater than 0.
  • All receipts related to the invoice are finalized.
  • The invoice is not factored.

If a receipt schedule is linked to invoice, LN selects the receipt schedule line rather than the invoices for interest invoices, based on the due date of the receipt schedule lines.
