Business Partner - Credit Profile (tfacr2542m000)

Use this session to list the credit details of the business partners.

The session displays the following details:

  • Aging analysis data of the business partner
  • Credit limit
  • Credit rating
  • Invoice balance, credit note balance, and order balance in home currency and invoice currency.

Business Partner

The business-partner code.

Business Partner

The business-partner name.

BP Currency

The business partner balance currency defined in the BP Balance Currency field of the Business Partner (tccom4100s000) session.

Contact Person

The default contact for this business partner.

Status
Active

If the business partner (role) status is Active, you can use the business partner for business transactions. You must define the period for which the business partner is Active. If the period is expired, the actual status of the business partner becomes Inactive, and you cannot use the business partner anymore.

Inactive

If the business partner (role) status is Inactive, you cannot use the business partner for business transactions.

Doubtful

If the business partner (role) status is Doubtful, the order can be blocked, depending on the selection of the various blocking parameters in the Sales Parameters (tdsls0100s000) session.

The business partner's balance of trade notes in the current financial company.

The business partner's balance of open entries in the current financial company.

Composed Invoice Balance

The business partner's balance of invoicing batches in the current financial company.

Order Balance

The business partner's purchase order balance in the current financial company.

Total Balance

The sum of the Order Balance and the Open Entry Balance for this business partner.

Average Days Outstanding

The average number of days between the invoice date and the end date of the period.

Average Days for Payment

The average number of days between the due date on the invoice and the end of the period.

The date on which you last reviewed the business partner's credit situation.

Expiry Date of Insured Credit Limit

The credit insurance is valid until this date.

Invoice Balance

The sum of all invoice balances in all the financial companies of a multicompany structure.

Order Balance

The sum of all order balances in all the financial companies of a multicompany structure.

Total Balance

The sum of the Order Balance and the Open Entry Balance of this business partner in all the financial companies of a multicompany structure.

The credit that you can still use with this business partner, that is, the Credit Limit amount minus the Total Balance amount.

The business partner's open entry balance in the current financial company.

Order Balance

The business partner's purchase order balance in the current financial company.

Total Balance

The sum of the Order Balance and the Open Entry Balance for this business partner.

Credit Limit

The total of the credit limits that belong to the departments of the current financial company.

The amount displayed depends on the Credit Limit Check Per Department setting in the Business Partners (tccom4500m000) session:

  • If Credit Limit Check Per Department is selected, and a credit limit is maintained for the invoice-to business partner and accounting office, this credit limit is shown here. The amount excludes the credit limit of the invoice-to business partner with an empty department.
  • If Credit Limit Check Per Department is cleared, the amount is zero.
Credit Available

The credit that you can still use with this business partner, that is, the Credit Limit amount minus the Total Balance amount.
