Field Information

Selection Range

Use the fields in the Selection Range group box to specify the range of data to release the service procurement order.

Settings

Up to Start Date

The date and time up to which the service procurement orders can be started.

Note: The application selects the current date and time as default. Service procurement orders -lines are considered for deletion if the end date of the lines is less than or equal to the up-to-end date of the selected option.

Options

Print Released Orders

If the check box is selected, the application prints the release orders.

Print Errors

If the check box is selected, the application prints the acknowledged sheets for errors which are generated when the Subcontracting Procurement Order lines are deleted.

Print to predefined Device

If the check box is selected, the application prints the report to the predefined device set to the user profile.
